Isuzu
Isuzu is a Japanese commercial vehicle and diesel engine manufacturer headquartered in Tokyo.
The company specialises in heavy commercial vehicles though also has two light models that are quite successful in Australia through the Isuzu Ute brand – the D-Max utility and related MU-X off-roader.
Both nameplates historically have shared DNA with the Holden Colorado and Trailblazer (nee Colorado 7), but with the new generation (D-Max 2020, MU-X 2021) have been created in collaboration with Mazda’s BT-50 ute.
